Terms of Service

These terms apply to the LeadsTagger Chrome extension, the dashboard and this website (together, "LeadsTagger"). By using LeadsTagger you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

LeadsTagger lets you add tags, private notes and follow-up dates to your Thumbtack leads. It is free to use. New accounts get a 30-day trial with unlimited use. After that, the free plan includes 15 newly tagged leads per month, up to 5 tag fields and up to 10 options per select field. Leads you have already tagged stay viewable and editable. We may change plan limits or features in the future; if a change reduces what you get, we'll tell you in advance.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 18 and use LeadsTagger for your business.

Your content

The tags, notes and other information you save remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide LeadsTagger to you. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use LeadsTagger to break the law or to violate Thumbtack's terms or anyone else's rights;
• store information you don't have the right to keep, or use notes to harass customers;
• try to access other users' data, overload the service, or bypass plan limits or security measures;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

Thumbtack

LeadsTagger is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Thumbtack, Inc. The extension only reads pages in your browser; it never sends messages or changes anything on your Thumbtack account. You remain responsible for your Thumbtack account and for following Thumbtack's terms. If Thumbtack changes its website, some features may stop working until we update the extension.

No warranty

LeadsTagger is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will help you win any particular job.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LeadsTagger and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, leads or data, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.

Ending your use

You can stop using LeadsTagger at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. We may also discontinue the service; if we do, we'll give reasonable notice so you can save what you need.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use LeadsTagger after a change means you accept the updated terms.
